All transactions done through PayPal (BearpocalypseArt@gmail.com) or directly on Deviantart

• Trying to pay with crypto on PayPal will end in canceling the sale & blacklisting

Non-monetary transactions will be discussed & details decided on before the file is sent out

Tipping on Ko-Fi is appreciated but not required!

No refunds on adopts once the file has been sent

Payment expected upfront

If payment is not received within a reasonable time (no more than 24 hours after purchase without discussing upfront a longer timeframe), the adopt will be forfeited and back up for adoption or sold to the next highest bidder/second commenter, etc.

• ​Multiple instances of this from one person will add them to the blacklist

• Backing out of multiple adopts will also end up in a blacklisting

My art or other content is not to be tokenized for NFTs or any other crypto use. This is an automatic block & blacklist

You may edit the design, but please keep my design credits attached to the original design and art file, especially on Toyhou.se

I have the right to deny a sale or block after a Deviantart adopt to prevent future sales/interaction at my discretion

Deviantart automatically sends a Sta.sh file for download; it will be a transparent, non-watermarked, full-size version

• For any adopt not in the DA shop: after payment is made, the full-res file will be sent through DM directly, emailed, or hosted on DeviantART Sta.sh

If you lose the original file, please feel free to ask if I still have it! I rarely delete my documents, so I probably have it to send again

The full-res image will come as a transparent .png, which can be posted to ToyHouse or other social media provided you link to my accounts in the credit

Do not sell an adopt for more than you paid, aka not for profit

I would appreciate being updated on the new owner, especially if they're not on Toyhou.se or Deviantart, but it's not necessary
